In case the influencer fails to complete and publish work according to order details, we will exercise our authority to cancel the order and remit the payment based on circumstances.

Please update the job status to "Finish Job" within 7 days after influencers posted their work, otherwise the system will update the status for you by default. Payment will automatically be released to influencers within 30 days after the status updated to "Finish Job". If you have any opinions regarding the influencer’s performance, please contact us by phone (852) 2812 2220 or email us at info@easylineup.com within 7 days after job completion.

Yes. Please access “Payment Status” in the “Dashboard” to review payment records of completed orders.

Account Servicing Charges will be charged together with the quotation when you settle your prepayment through your credit card bank account or Paypal account.
